Theresa holds a PhD in Education from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom and a Graduate Certificate in School Management and Leadership from the Harvard Business School Boston, Massachusetts. She is also the Director of Foundation for African Cultural Heritage (FACH). She has served as a delegate of the Holy See Mission and the Nigerian Mission at the United Nations, New York. She represents African interests in international organisations such as the International Centre on Law, Life, Faith & Family (ICOLF); Political Network for Values and the World Congress of Families (WCF). Theresa is a recipient of various awards including the Woman of the year Award (2015, WCF. Salt Lake City, Utah) and the Successful Partnership Award (2017, University of Nottingham, UK).
